Instructions
Scrambled Eggs
- Mix the eggs: In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, and milk, and whisk them together well.
- Preheat the pan and add butter: Preheat the pan over medium-low heat, then spread butter evenly across the surface.
- Pour the egg mixture: Pour the egg mixture into the pan and use a flat spatula to gently push the eggs toward the inside of the pan to shape them.
- Shape and turn off the heat: Once the shape is formed, immediately turn off the heat and let the eggs cook with the residual heat of the pan. Be careful not to overcook them, and aim for a soft, fluffy scrambled egg texture.

Toasting the bread
Slice the thick-cut bread in half, leaving the bottom edge connected. In a pan over medium heat, add butter and toast both sides of the bread until golden brown.

Making the sauce
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and set it aside.
Ham & Bacon
Cook the ham and bacon over medium heat until crispy. Once cooked, set them aside.
Assembly
Spread the Egg Drop sauce on the inside of the bread, then layer cheese, scrambled eggs, and ham in that order. The hot scrambled eggs will melt the cheese.
Topping
Drizzle more Egg Drop sauce over the top, then sprinkle with dried parsley for garnish.
